Flourish Australia has commenced current services with the Inclusive Employment Australia program and we are looking for an Employment Consultant (Employment Coordinator) to help establish and grow these new services!
- Part-time position based in Surry Hills
- Working 30.4 hours per fortnight, with the flexibility to negotiate your working days between Monday and Friday
- Level 4 on the Flourish Australia Enterprise Agreement (2018) equivalent to $88,000 - $94,700p.a (pro-rata) + super + tax-free salary packaging!

About the Role
As an Employment Coordinator with Flourish Australia, you will support local sites by delivering the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) Program. In this role, you will manage participant intake, complete initial appointments and interviews, and provide tailored support to referred participants. Your focus will be on helping individuals achieve their employment goals by addressing barriers,
building on their skills, and assisting them to find and maintain suitable ongoing employment.
As an Employment Coordinator you will:
- Understand and consult the Flourish Australia IEA Operational guidelines and ensure that policies and procedures are followed.
- Engage local businesses and employers to source and create job vacancies for Flourish Australia’s participants.
- Provide support, mentoring and other assistance ensuring the sustainability of participant employment placements and to track all placements effectively to maximise Employment Outcomes.
- Work with local site teams and other community connections in assisting participants to overcome both vocational and non-vocational barriers to employment.
