This role is based within the Blacktown LGA, and you can choose your preferred site between two well-supported locations: Rooty Hill or Prospect.

Immediate Patient Base and Demand
A long-standing GP is retiring after decades in the area, and the incoming doctor will inherit a loyal, established patient list.
This is a genuine hit-the-ground-running opportunity where you step straight into continuity and demand that already exists.
Billing Model
The clinic is fully bulk billing with incentives in place. The model is working strongly for them and supports steady volume and reliable bookings.
Remuneration and Supported Start
To make the transition attractive and low-risk, the clinic is offering:
- 80% of billings for your first three months
- 70% ongoing after that
- Option to start on a guaranteed hourly rate if preferred
Given the existing patient load, the percentage split is expected to be robust from day one.
Teaching Culture and Weekly Learning
This is an active teaching practice with structured weekly education. The group runs a dedicated learning session every Wednesday, including registrar presentations, shared cases, and team connection across sites via video link. It is a practical, education-led environment that keeps professional development moving and creates real peer support.
