About the role
We are seeking an experienced Administration & Accounts professional to join our new Auto Glass & Windscreens office opening in Bibra Lake. This full-time role will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Performing a range of administrative duties including data entry, filing and general office management
- Handling accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and reconciliation
- Providing support with payroll processing
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Providing customer service support and responding to client enquiries
- Performing data entry and maintaining various databases and records
- Scheduling/booking in jobs & keeping up to date with the busy daily schedule
What we're looking for
- Experience in a similar administration and accounts role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Xero accounting software
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
