About the role…
You'll play a key role supporting our customers and ensuring smooth daily operations within the Sales Support and Logistics teams. Reporting to the Sales & Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for processing orders, managing customer enquiries, supporting freight and dispatch coordination and providing general administrative support when required.
Key Responsibilities...
- Answer inbound calls & emails in professional and timely manner
- Build strong relationships with contractors, clients and customers
- Accurately enter and process all customer orders
- Work with warehouse, dispatch & production to ensure accurate & timely fulfilment
- Conduct follow-ups on outstanding orders,
product availability & dispatch delays
- Maintain accurate customer, product & order data in the ERP/CRM system
- Track consignments using freight management systems - MachShip/OneFlo
- Assist with reporting, data entry & processing documentation
About you...
- Min 5 yrs experience in sales support, customer Service or administration
- Exp within manufacturing, industrial supply or technical products highly regarded
- Proficient with Google Workspace - Zoho Suite advantageous
- Basic understanding of technical specifications or industrial products - chemicals, HVAC, equipment etc. advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
