Care Manager – Aged Care - Northern NSW

We are seeking a dynamic, clinically strong Care Manager to lead a 100+ bed residential Aged Care facility in the Northern Rivers Region.

About the Opportunity
Reporting to an experienced Facility Manager, you will oversee the clinical and care team and ensure exceptional standards of resident care. The facility is committed to creating a person centred environment and upholding the highest standards of care — making this an ideal opportunity for someone who loves driving improvement and leading with confidence.
You will partner closely with the Facility Manager and Quality & Education team on site to lead a clinical team, overseeing daily clinical operations of the facility.

What You Bring
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA is essential
- Strong clinical leadership capability in aged care
- Confident understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Effective for leadership and communication skills
