The Role:
- Provide backbone support to the property Management Team
- Ensure all tasks Property Management related are completed and carried out
- Conducing routine inspections
- Ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Record and handling keys
- Assisting Property Management team to meet targets and objectives
- Ad hoc administration
The Candidate:
- Keen, eager and ready to indulge in this once in a lifetime opportunity!
- Keen interest in Property Management
- A Certificate of Registration, own car & drivers license
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills are essential
- The willingness to grow and progress – the last person has been promoted
