As a part of our Claims team, your role is central to Youi’s reputation and relationships. You play a crucial part in end-to-end service delivery of motor claims when our customers need us the most. By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you'll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure our clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.
About The Role
- Full time and onsite, working Monday to Friday at our Ann Street office
- Induction training, required for the first 3 weeks, conducted at our Chermside office
- Manage your own portfolio of motor claims
- Help our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finish
- Problem solving to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi
- Be a direct point of contact for customers, service providers, and assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim
About You
- Familiarity with case or portfolio management is highly regarded
- Exceptional attention to detail, with experience in administration a bonus
- Great communication skills to effectively present and articulate information
- Skilled at multitasking and thrives in a busy environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities
