Your Typical Day
- Connect with nurses by listening to their goals and understanding their “why”.
- Phone screening new candidates, preparing resumes, references, and documentation.
- Matching candidates to roles that align with their skills and personal requirements. Ensuring the right clinical match every time.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both nurses and hospital clients.
- Keep nurses informed at every step, proactively calling, texting, and emailing to ensure transparency and confidence.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of clinical roles, hospital requirements, and healthcare industry trends.
About You
- You have a strong alignment with our values of relationships first, to be transparent, be impactful, and strive for excellence.
- On the first call you will speak like a trusted friend – clear, kind and focused on outcomes.
- You move at the pace of a speed boat – a cruise liner is not for you – and will enjoy being quicker than our competitors in securing a contract for your nurse.
- You will own the updates and proactively call, text,
and email so your nurses know exactly where things stand. ‘I am doing this for you’ is your default.
- You appreciate the importance of teamwork and collaboration and will not hesitate to reach out to our internal subject matter experts so you know what nurses are in demand.
- You will be proud to work for a company that operates on word-of-mouth referrals and will understand how you contribute to our success as the first point of contact a nurse has with our brand.
