Job Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Embroiderer to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in embroidery — or a strong interest in learning — to step into a creative, hands-on role within the garment decoration industry.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating commercial embroidery machines to customise apparel, uniforms, headwear, and more. Full training is provided, and flexible hours are available to suit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial embroidery machines and equipment
- Prepare garments for embroidery including hooping, stabilizing, and trimming
- Load embroidery files and ensure designs are accurate and properly aligned
- Perform quality control checks on finished products
- Maintain machines by cleaning, oiling, and troubleshooting minor issues
- Monitor production deadlines and prioritise workflow accordingly
- Work closely with the design team to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized,
and safe working environment
- Assist in other production tasks as needed (e.g. folding, packing/unpacking)
Requirements:
- Familiarity with embroidery software (e.g. Wilcom, Pulse, Hatch) is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment
Desirable Attributes:
- Experience operating a embroidery machine producing custom or bulk orders
- Understanding of different fabrics and thread types
- Creativity and an interest in garment decoration
- Flexibility to work extended hours during busy seasons
