We are seeking a Software Sales Consultant to champion TrackOne Studio – our Learning Analytics Suite. TrackOne Studio brings data to life for teachers, leaders, parents, and students by consolidating information across the school ecosystem and delivering real-time, user-friendly insights that support better decision-making.

Your new Role
You’ll work across a defined and high-potential market, supported by a collaborative internal team across sales, product, marketing, and customer engagement. Your role is all about generating new opportunities, sharing our vision, and guiding schools on their journey toward data-driven transformation.
What You’ll Do
· Deliver engaging and tailored software demonstrations that bring TrackOne Studio to life.
· Generate and nurture leads,
consistently building a strong and healthy sales pipeline.
· Collaborate with marketing to execute strategies that increase awareness and create demand.
· Stay on top of market trends, school sector changes, and customer needs.
· Track, analyse, and report on pipeline performance and sales metrics.
· Prepare compelling proposals, quotes, and tender responses.
· Manage licensing and support back-to-base sales.

What You’ll Bring
You are someone who:

· Is comfortable presenting to groups and learning new technologies.
· Has strong general IT knowledge and a willingness to develop your expertise continually.
· Acts with integrity, accountability, and follow-through.
· Ideally, has experience working in or with schools.
· Ideally has experience with configurable, multi-user web-based software.

Mandatory Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales or client-facing role.
· Ability to travel domestically.
· Ability to work in a hybrid environment (remote + regular Brisbane office time).
· Eligibility to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
· Full, ongoing working rights in Australia.
