Pay Rate: $32.84 per hour (casual)
We're currently seeking a reliable and well-presented General Warehouse Operator to join our team in Eastern Creek. This role is based at one of our key client sites, where you will be representing Jobwire and must demonstrate professionalism at all times.
Hours:
• Usual start time: 10:00am – 6:00pm
• Occasionally required: 9:00am start
• Rare extended shifts to 7:00pm during busy periods
Training:
Initial training will take place at our Lidcombe site for the first few days.
Key Responsibilities
- Scanning freight and general warehouse tasks
- Opening and closing gates
- Assisting drivers with gate access
- Completing basic paperwork
- General site support and coordination
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
Requirements
- Must have your own vehicle (location not accessible by public transport)
- Steel cap boots required
- Ability to build good working relationships
- Reliable, well presented, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to follow instructions and work well with drivers and warehouse staff
- Minimum 6-12 months of warehouse experience required
- Australian citizenship required
