We are seeking a CRM Specialist/CRM Administrator to manage our HubSpot ecosystem, enhance our operational processes, and ensure that our sales and marketing teams have the necessary tools, data, and automation to perform at their best.

Your Role
As our CRM Specialist / CRM Administrator, you will be the backbone of our CRM operations. You will help us get the most out of HubSpot, optimising data, streamlining processes, and supporting teams with insights and automation that drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Own, manage,
and optimise our HubSpot CRM across sales and marketing.
· Maintain CRM data quality, structure, segmentation, and governance.
· Design, build, and maintain automation workflows that enhance lead management, customer journeys, and team processes.
· Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and insights that support decision-making and drive accountability.
· Manage CRM integrations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve system usage and operational efficiency.
· Support digital initiatives by ensuring HubSpot is configured for campaign execution, tracking, and performance measurement.
What You'll Bring
· 2+ years' experience as a CRM Specialist, CRM Administrator, or Marketing Automation Specialist.
· Proficiency in HubSpot (sales, marketing, automation, workflows, reporting).
· Advanced proficiency in HubSpot including complex automation workflows, advanced reporting, and comprehensive platform management.
· Robust analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
· Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
· Full working rights in Australia.
· Eligibility to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
· Blue Card can be obtained following a successful job offer.
· Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Communications, or similar (highly regarded).
