About the Role:
As a Commercial Property Valuer, you'll play a pivotal role in the deal-vetting process by providing timely, accurate in-house valuations - ensuring each property aligns with our investment standards. You won’t need to complete in office inspections; instead, you’ll conduct desktop valuations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct desktop valuations for residential and commercial investment properties.
- Provide clear, data-driven insights to assist the internal acquisitions team.
- Collaborate with research and advisory departments to assess emerging markets.
- Ensure integrity of data across CRM and valuation systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in property valuation or property analysis (commercial).
- Excellent research and data interpretation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple valuation requests simultaneously.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
- Comfortable working remotely while maintaining a high level of accountability and communication.
