Clinical Care Coordinator - Aged Care
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse eager to step into a leadership role? Or an experienced clinical leader seeking your next exciting opportunity?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded residential aged care facility based near Woy Woy as a Clinical Care Coordinator. This is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexibility around working hours to support your work-life balance.
About the Role:
You'll work collaboratively with a team of Clinical Care Coordinators and a supportive Facility Manager to deliver high-quality clinical care across a 100+ bed, fully accredited aged care home. With strong systems in place and a well-resourced team, you’ll have everything you need to thrive.

What We’re Looking For:
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Leadership experience in residential aged care is highly desirable
- Solid knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and mentoring skills
- A genuine passion for aged care and a desire to grow within the sector
