With a growing client base, the firm is seeking an experienced Client Services Administrator to support the SMSF/ Audit teams.
About the role:
This role is based in Fortitude Valley, QLD. As a Client Services Administrator, you will:
- Support two teams of accountants
- Onboard new clients and assist with setting up entities, including companies and trusts
- Liaise with the ATO and ASIC
- Provide SMSF support and perform administrative tasks related to super funds
- Manage client scheduling, correspondence, billing, and letters
- Cover reception duties as required
About you:
- 3+ years’ experience in an Australian Public Practice
- Confident liaising with the ATO and ASIC
- Organised, proactive, and a problem-solver
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-focused environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with accounting software (MYOB AE preferred)
