The Prospect
This is a great opportunity for an experienced property lawyer who is energetic, driven to succeed and seeking a current challenge. Join our busy practice where you'll work autonomously across a broad mix of property law matters, including conveyancing, leasing, Wills & Estate Planning.

- $130,000 - $150,000 ex Super salary Range

What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and negotiating contracts for sale for residential, commercial and industrial property
- Preparing and negotiating Retail and Commercial Leases, acting for both landlords and tenants
- Handling varied property law matters and general commercial work
- Wills and Estate Planning (including Testamentary Trusts)
- Building ongoing relationships with clients across our diverse client base
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years post admission experience
- Current admission to practice law in NSW
- Experience in property conveyancing and contract preparation/negotiation
- Experience with Retail and Commercial Leases for both landlords and tenants
- Background in Wills and Estate Planning (including Testamentary Trusts)
- Exceptional legal and drafting skills
- Solid commercial nous and excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency required

Additional information
- $100K-$150K Salary Range
