Clinic Receptionist (Casual) — Sen Health Clinic, Blackburn $32.33 per hour | Multidisciplinary Natural Health Clinic

Sen Health Clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic in Blackburn, offering Acupuncture, Chiropractic, and Remedial Massage services. We are looking for a friendly, organised Casual Receptionist to join our team and help create a welcoming and professional patient experience.

What You’ll Do

· Greet patients warmly and manage front desk enquiries

· Schedule appointments using clinic software

· Process payments and maintain accurate patient records

· Assist with herbal medicine dispensing (training provided)

· Keep reception and clinic spaces clean and well-presented

· Support practitioners with day-to-day clinic operations

· Perform opening/closing procedures

· Assist with simple admin or marketing tasks as needed

About You





· At least 2 years’ experience in admin or reception

· Medical reception experience is an advantage

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask

· Caring, polite, and professional when assisting patients

· Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

· Able to maintain confidentiality at all times

· Bonus: Bilingual in English and Chinese, as we support a diverse patient community

· Availability: Able to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (casual roster)
