At Karmo, we make car ownership simple, flexible and stress-free through our vehicle subscription service. We’re on the lookout for a Customer Experience Consultant who’s passionate about helping customers find the right car and enjoy every step of their Karmo journey.

? What You’ll Be Doing

- Guide customers to the best vehicle subscription for their needs.
- Deliver outstanding service that drives loyalty and repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer and business goals.
- Support customers throughout their lifecycle from onboarding to renewals and returns.
- Collaborate with operations, sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.

? What You’ll Bring

- Automotive experience in a Dealership or Rental space is desired but not essential.
- A current, valid Australian Driver’s Licence is a must.
- Passion for people and problem-solving. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and drive to grow with an expanding business.

? What's In It For You

- OTE (On Target Earnings) up to $85k++ per annum
- Mascot, Sydney 2020
- Monday to Friday
