We are currently seeking a Batching Coordinator to join our production team and ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient batching operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and oversee daily batching operations for sauces, dressings, and spice blends.
· Ensure recipes and formulations are followed precisely, maintaining product quality and consistency.
· Manage raw material usage, allergen control, stock rotation, and traceability.
· Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with HACCP, SQF, and FSANZ standards.
· Schedule and prioritise batches to meet production and customer deadlines.
· Train, guide, and support batching staff to ensure safety and accuracy.
· Complete batch documentation and maintain accurate production records.
· Monitor equipment performance and liaise with maintenance as required.
Skills & Experience
· Minimum 2-3 years' experience in food manufacturing essential, preferably in batching or mixing.
· Strong understanding of food safety and quality systems (HACCP, GMP, SQF).
· High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
· Competent in using batching systems, scales, and production software.
· Solid communication and leadership skills.
· Basic I.T skills
