About the Role:
- Provide intake and assessment for individuals and families in crisis.
- Coordination of care and support services in line with the financial wellbeing Program.
- Deliver immediate financial/material aid (food parcels, vouchers, etc.) to eligible clients.
- Provide prospective participants with information and appropriate advice, including information about advocacy and referring to appropriate support services as required.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with community providers.
About you:
- Ability to respectfully maintain our clients' right to dignity, privacy & dignity of choice.
- Certificate 4 in Community Services, community Development or case management (or approved equivalent) and/or relevant work experience.
- Hold a current unrestricted ACT Working with Vulnerable People card and Working with Children Check.
- Hold National Police Check, current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Full Drivers' License.

- $44.58 - $47.97 per hourly, plus 12% superannuation and salary packaging benefits.
- Permanent Part-Time position - 48 hours per fortnight.
