If you've worked at BCF, Anaconda, or other outdoor/marine retail, this is your chance to take your passion for boating and turn it into a long-term career with a global marine tech leader.

About the Company
Join Australia’s leading marine electronics and technology organisation, supporting boating enthusiasts nationwide. Their products are used by everyday boaties through to serious fishos, and they pride themselves on innovation, customer care and cutting-edge marine solutions.

You’ll join a supportive team based in Western Sydney, with ongoing training and development in a global organisation.

About the Role
We’re seeking enthusiastic Marine Customer Service Specialists who live and breathe the boating lifestyle. In this role, you’ll help customers get the best experience from their marine products through phone, email, chat and web support.

You don’t need to be a technical expert — just someone who understands boating and loves helping people. Your retail or customer service experience will translate perfectly into this role.

You’ll be the friendly voice that helps fellow boating lovers solve problems, learn new features, and get back out on the water faster.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide exceptional customer support for marine electronics and boating technology

- Troubleshoot customer queries using your problem-solving skills
- Learn and advise on advanced marine products, systems and software updates
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions
- Collaborate with the team, share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement
- Assist with occasional special projects and community support

About You You’ll thrive in this role if you:

- Have a genuine passion for boating, fishing or the marine lifestyle
- Come from a strong customer service background (ideal: BCF, Anaconda, outdoor/marine retail)
- Communicate clearly and enjoy helping people
- Love learning new products and technology
- Are a team player who is reliable, organised and willing to grow

Why You’ll Love Working with them: People enjoy being part of this team because they get to combine their love of the water with supporting customers who share the same passion. You’ll join a positive, collaborative environment that encourages learning and celebrates expertise.

Benefits • $66k base + 13% super = approx. $74k package

- Performance bonuses & incentives
- Work with the most advanced marine technology on the market
- Excellent team culture – supportive, friendly and passionate
- Ongoing product training and career development
