About the role
JUSASO Solar is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our operations team based in Brookvale, NSW. This is a full-time role that will see you playing a crucial part in the successful delivery of commercial solar projects for our diverse client base.
What you'll be doing
1. Coordinating and monitoring all aspects of our solar projects, from planning and procuring stock to site management and project delivery.
2. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication, timely project delivery and resolution of any issues.
3. Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, purchase orders and cost control measures.
4. Identifying and mitigating potential risks to keep projects on track and within budget.
5. Supporting the Project Manager with task delegation, team coordination, and overall project leadership.
6. Ensuring compliance with relevant solar & electrical industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance processes.
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a project co-ordination or similar role within the construction industry. Solar & electrical preferable.
2. Candidates with either solar/electrical industry experience or general construction experience are acceptable for this role.
3. Robust organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
5. Proficient in the use of project management software (preference for Simpro), Microsoft Office suite and G-Suite.
6. Training will be provided on project management software for candidates with general software proficiency.
7. Solid understanding of construction processes and contract administration.
8. A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
9. Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
10. Must hold valid Australian work authorisation to be eligible for this position.
