About the Role
The EIX Operations Support Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of Education Innovation Exchange (EIX) initiatives by providing high-quality operational and administrative coordination. In this position, the officer delivers comprehensive administrative and project support across a wide range of activities, including project coordination, professional learning initiatives, and internal events. The role is responsible for managing key administrative processes that underpin efficient organisational and academic operations. Working under general direction, the officer contributes to the administration of academic programs developed and delivered by EIX. They work closely with the EIX Learning and Development Lead and collaborate with other staff involved in qualified learning support.
This role has a strong focus on excellent service delivery, effective relationship management, and continuous improvement. The EIX Operations Support Officer helps to foster a culture of innovation that supports EIX’s strategic priorities and strengthens day-to-day operations.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Demonstrated high standard of interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to take initiative in a busy and varied environment
- Experience working in higher education or a large, complex organisation
- Able to manage and handle information of a sensitive and confidential nature with discretion and professionalism
