The role:
We are looking for casual Machine Operators who will be joining in our Girraween production team.
This is an opportunity for anyone who is willing to learn and grow or transfer elsewhere within the business to pursue a long term career.
Requirements:
- This department requires 12 hour shifts. Day shift 7am-7pm or Night shift 7pm-7am
- No previous experience required - Training will be provided to successful candidates.
- This is an active/physical role. The work will be repetitive,
and you must be able to stand up for long periods of time.
- You do not need to be fluent in English. As long as you can understand and follow instructions and important safety information, we have work for you in one of our many supportive team environments.
- Focus on working safely.
- Heavy Lifting is required (20kg+)
Ideally you would have:
- Experience in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Machine operator experience (We will provide training)
- Flexibility on working days.
- Willingness to learn.
Occasional overtime is available. We offer a competitive base hourly rate, with penalty rates applying for evening and weekend shifts.
