- Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the Pronto accounting system;
- Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations on at least a monthly basis;
- Reconcile intra-group transactions and balances on a monthly basis.
- Assist with compiling data and calculations for government compliance (eg income tax, Payroll Tax, FBT, ABS etc).
- Maintain the Fixed Assets Register for Accounting and Taxation purposes with respect to additions, disposals, transfers and splits of assets; Business Support
- Work closely with operational and commercial teams to provide assistance and support;
- Perform ad-hoc financial reviews and analysis of key operational activities (eg inventory & WIP) as required; Reporting & Budgeting
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting;
- Assist with monthly reporting pack(s) preparation;
- Assist with analysis, review and compilation of data for budgeting and forecasting reporting cycles; Continuous Improvement




- Support ERP system enhancements and implementation projects;
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements; Audits
- Assist with the co-ordination of all internal and external stakeholders in the audit process;
