Project Manager - Electronic Security

About the Role
A leading national electronic security provider is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion projects across commercial, retail, and enterprise environments.
You'll manage projects from planning through to commissioning and handover, working closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to technical standards.

Duties
- Manage end-to-end electronic security projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery
- Oversee installation and commissioning of integrated systems (Integriti, Gallagher, Genetec, Milestone, etc.)
- Conduct site meetings, stakeholder communication, and project reporting
- Ensure compliance with specifications, industry standards, and WHS requirements
- Review technical designs, documentation, and scope variations
Skills & Experience
- Experience in electronic security project management or senior technical leadership
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, and IP networked security systems
- Proven experience delivering multi-site or enterprise-level projects
- Current Security Licence & Open Cabling Registration (preferred)
- Strong communication, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage budgets, risk, and competing deadlines
