The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and organised Office Junior to join our team. You'll gain hands-on experience across a range of tasks and learn how a professional office operates day to day. This is a great chance to build confidence, develop your skills, and begin your career journey.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing general support to the office team
- Answering phone calls and assisting with enquiries
- Helping prepare and format documents and correspondence
- Managing and organising filing systems
- Updating spreadsheets, records, and internal systems
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with scanning, printing, and other admin duties
- Greeting visitors and supporting basic reception tasks
What We're Looking For:
- Good attention to detail
- Clear and friendly communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, excel)
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Someone who's eager to learn and happy to help the team
- Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks
- Minimum Year 10/11 education level required
- Must be an Australian citizen with valid work rights
