About the Role
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by ensuring products are completed to a high standard. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Key Duties
Performing production take-off from molding machines
Conducting quality checks (QC) to ensure products meet specifications
Stacking, packing, and palletising finished goods
Operating and monitoring production machinery
Maintaining a clean and protected workspace
Reporting any faults, defects, or irregularities promptly
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven night-shift experience in a production, manufacturing, or similar environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
A solid work ethic reliable, consistent, and a genuine team player
The ability to follow processes and safety procedures
The willingness to learn and adapt through provided training
