Experience Requirements
- Must have prior experience loading, transporting, and delivering laundry items, specifically with commercial clients.
- Must be comfortable using a driver and route management application for coordinating pickups, drop-offs, and delivery confirmations.
- Must be familiar with garment care handling standards, ensuring items are delivered safely without damage.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect laundry from designated client locations and transport items safely to the designated facility.
- Drop off completed laundry orders to clients following scheduled routes and timelines.
- Handle garments with care and attention, especially premium and delicate items.
- Communicate professionally with commercial customers and internal team members.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, confirmations, and route documentation via the delivery app.
