Requirements for this role:
- Flexible hours available
- More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in retail, with proven ability to manage sales performance, customer service standards, and store operations.
- Previous experience working in a dry-cleaning environment or garment-care industry highly preferred.
- Experience managing and supervising a team, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight.
- Ability to work closely with and report directly to the Area Manager, providing updates on store performance, operational needs, and customer feedback.
- Robust communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate staff and maintain a high standard of service.
- Attention to detail, particularly when handling premium garments, customer orders, and operational processes.
- Must hold a valid driver’s licence and be comfortable traveling when required.
