As they continue to strengthen their presence across Queensland, they’re now searching for a motivated Sales Representative to take charge of inbound residential leads, visit homeowners, prepare quotes and guide clients through to a successful sale.

About The Role
As the Retail Sales Representative, you’ll respond to qualified inbound enquiries for clients across South & Southwest Brisbane within the renovation market and provide quoting and product recommendations tailored to their needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Attend retail appointments generated through inbound leads
- Prepare accurate quotes for windows & doors solutions
- Support customers through product selection and the end-to-end sales journey
- Follow up with potential clients to maximise conversion
- Maintain accurate CRM notes,
pipeline updates and scheduling
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover
- Represent the business with professionalism, product knowledge and genuine care
- Punctuality is a must as many appointments are home based sales calls with potential customers being time sensitive
What You’ll Bring
You’re personable, motivated and confident meeting clients face-to-face. You enjoy being out on the road and closing deals through trust and clarity.
- Experience in windows & doors is highly preferred.
- OR robust consultative sales experience in roofing, steel, bricks or similar building material product lines.
- Exposure to renovation industry
- Ability to translate technical information easily and simply.
- A proactive, ethical and reliable approach
- Strong organisational skills and comfort working independently
- Desire to grow your career within a large, reputable national group
- Ability to relate to consult to a wide variety of customer experiences and understandings
