Natural Elements Eagleby is a home away from home, family orientated, early education campus with a focus on creating a successful future for all our children, educators and families. Situated in the heart of Eagleby, we have a beautiful & well-resourced environment that provides care for children from 6 weeks to 6 years.
Role Requirements
This rare opportunity has become available for a Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will need;
- a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) or studying towards
- a current and valid Working with Children Check
- a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG
- an ability to interpret curriculum documents
- effective oral and written communication skills
Key Role Responsibilities
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Support the team in the delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program.
- Participate in professional and personal development.
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the vision, mission and values.
