About the Role
As Clinic Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of the clinic while maintaining the highest level of patient and staff experience. You’ll bring together your operational expertise and leadership finesse to deliver outstanding results in every aspect of the business.
You will:
- Manage and oversee all daily clinic operations and patient experiences
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, cohesive team
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation
- Develop and implement effective performance management systems
- Drive growth through KPI tracking,
data insights, and accountability
- Establish and maintain strong operational rhythms to ensure excellence across all areas
- Uphold clinical compliance, safety, and service standards
About You
You are an organised, professional, and inspiring leader who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You understand that true luxury lies in precision, consistency, and care.
You’ll bring:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in management within a medical, aesthetics, or premium service setting
- Proven success managing budgets and improving business performance
- Experience developing performance frameworks and driving KPI outcomes
- Strong operational and organisational skills with a solutions-focused mindset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- A passion for aesthetics, client care, and empowering your team to achieve excellence
