With our in-house capabilities in sewing, alterations, embroidery, design, and kit-packing, we provide tailored workwear solutions for businesses across various industries.
We’re now seeking an experienced Sewing Room Coordinator to join our close-knit and skilled workshop team at our Malaga premises.
Position:
- 1 x Sewing Room Coordinator (Full-time, Permanent)
Duties:
- Read "work orders" and "pick lists" to identify requirements for sewing and embroidery.
- Coordinate the sewing room work sequence according to work orders and pick lists and communicate with the supervisor to meet order deadlines.
- Unpack new orders and prepare them for embroidery and sewing.
- Mark garments indicating what and where embroidery or reflective tapes are to be applied.
- Pack completed orders.
- Conduct monthly stocktakes of cotton spools in the sewing room and raise orders if required.
- Perform general cleaning duties in the sewing room.
Requirements:
- Verbal and written communication in English.
- Attention to details.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment when required.
- Ability to adapt to a current work environment and team culture.
- Full rights to work in Australia.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Thursday, 8am – 4pm
- Friday, 8am - 3:30pm
Location:
- Malaga, WA 6090 (Free on-site parking available)

- Training will be provided
- No Visa sponsorship
