This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to guide customers through their insurance journey, resolve their concerns, and ensure they feel valued and supported every step of the way.
Important Information:
- Please note: The position is set to begin on 5th January 2026.
- This is a Permanent Full-time in-office role.
- Monday-Friday roster between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm (You’ll be available to work a rotating roster between Monday-Saturday and work up to one Saturday every 3 or 4 weeks)
- If shortlisted, you will be invited to complete an online assessment.
- After successful completion, you will be contacted for a phone interview and the next steps.
What You'll Do:
- Be the person customers remember. Handle their calls from hello to goodbye. Turn their worst day into, “Actually, that wasn’t so bad.”
- Keep customers happy. Use your people skills to make sure they stick around - whether that means negotiating or simply listening.
- Fix things fast. When something goes wrong, you’re the one who makes it right. First call resolution is the goal.
- Hit your numbers. We track quality, speed, and customer happiness - and you’ll need to excel in all three.
- Collaborate with your team. Share ideas, support each other, and help make the whole place better.
- Spot opportunities for improvement. See something that could work better? Speak up, we listen.
- Keep learning. The job evolves, and so will you.
- Have fun doing it!
You're perfect if you:
- Comfortable connecting with anyone and making sure they feel heard
- Enjoy tackling challenges - because every customer problem is like a puzzle waiting to be solved
- Stay calm and composed,
even when things get a little hectic
- Work well independently and as part of a team without needing constant supervision
- Skilled at juggling multiple tasks without missing a beat
- Quick to learn current computer systems and tools
- Always eager to improve and grow in your role
