Do you have a big smile? Do you want to help people? We require a medical receptionist to join our busy team. This is a "front of house", hands on position which contributes to the daily office routine providing administrative and reception duties for a very busy General Practice.
To be considered and successful in this application, you will possess the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients into the Clinic.
- Collect and enter patient details
- Schedule appointments
- Answer telephone call and enquiries
- Administration support
Experience & Attributes:
- Administration and accounts experience essential
- Qualified & personable telephone manner
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills - knowledge of (Pracsoft & Medical Director an advantage)
- Demonstrated initiative, time management & flexibility
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- High standard of presentation
- Attention to detail.
- Vaccination status up to date
