We are currently seeking a Part‑Time, Permanent Classroom and Learning Support and Administration to commence January 2026.

Your New Role
This administration serves as the school's central point of contact, administering reception duties, providing first aid, and offering comprehensive administrative support to the Principal, including financial tasks and student record maintenance.
This role ensures smooth daily operations through effective communication, organisation, and efficient handling of diverse inquiries and responsibilities.
Classroom and learning support is a dedicated service that provides a range of resources and assistance to students with disabilities and additional learning needs.
It aims to create an inclusive learning environment where all students can reach their full potential.
CLS staff work closely with classroom teachers to identify and address students' needs, providing tailored support and strategies.
This may include direct instruction, small group work, assistive technology, and behaviour management techniques.
CLS also offers professional development to teachers, helping them implement effective inclusive practices.
- Assist teachers and students in and outside the Learning Spaces
- Assist with the supervision of small groups and/or individual students on activities, as directed by the teacher
- Undertake specific tasks with individuals or small groups of students under the guidance of the teacher
- Toileting and supervising students during break times (on a shared roster)
- Support the students and/or teachers in the use of technology
- Assist students with physical, medical or mobility challenges

Selection Criteria for Administration
- Proficiency in computer software, data entry, and financial/accounting procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Outstanding organisational ability and the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
- Previous experience in an office environment, especially in an administrative role, is beneficial.
Experience working in a school setting is often preferred.

Selection Criteria for Classroom and Learning Support
- Capacity to undertake routine support tasks.
- Has well‑developed communication skills.
- Supports productive working relationships with both children and adults.
- Demonstrates commitment and drive to seeking results.
- A sound grasp of literacy and numeracy skills
- Successful Candidate to undergo a National Criminal History Check
