Delivery Specialist
Country Care Group, a household name for hospital and home care equipment across South Australia, is seeking a dedicated Delivery Specialist to join our growing team at our Beverley site.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellence in customer service to clients and healthcare facilities using a customer‑centred approach.
- Undertake specialised deliveries and pickups of living aids to private homes, aged care facilities and hospitals.
- Correct assembly of equipment, product demonstration, adjustment, and installation in line with manufacturing requirements.
- Set up trial equipment.
- Undertake efficient scheduling, time management, and administrative duties.
- Client liaison to co‑coordinate and organise delivery and pick‑up times as required.
- Undertake stock management duties as required, including unpacking and assembly of products in warehouse.
- Basic repair and service of healthcare equipment as required.
- Perform manual handling tasks when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role with a focus on sales and customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel within the region, with occasional overnight stays.
- Current unrestricted Driver’s Licence, National Police Check, NDIS Workers Check, and evidence of COVID‑19 and current Flu vaccination.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and related products is desirable.
