The Role
- Manage and lead front-of-shop operations, (up to 10 staff) ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflows.
- Supervise and train retail staff to maintain high performance and product knowledge.
- Oversee merchandising, inventory control, and promotional displays.
- Work closely with pharmacists and the broader team to support the delivery of health services.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in retail management, ideally within pharmacy or healthcare.
- Solid leadership,
organisational, and communication skills.
- A hands‑on approach with a focus on customer experience and team development.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Salary & Benefits
- Generous Hourly Rate : Up to $35.00 plus super / hour
