Business Analyst – Digital Transformation Projects
Contract to June 2026 | NSW | Hybrid
Looking for a role where your BA skills actually shape meaningful digital products?
We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a multidisciplinary team delivering two major digital initiatives. You’ll play a key role in defining products, improving processes, and ensuring solutions are intuitive, user‑focused, and fit for purpose.
What you’ll be doing:
- Translating complex business needs into clear digital requirements
- Working closely with delivery teams to enhance products end‑to‑end
- Supporting UAT, documentation, and continuous improvement
- Building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Communicating technical concepts in plain, accessible language
What you bring:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Comfortable working across Agile, Waterfall and Scrum
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and SharePoint
- Strong analytical thinking and exceptional communication skills
