Are you a senior NetSuite consultant who enjoys solving complex problems, leading implementations, and guiding customers on how to get the most value from their technology stack? This role will give you real ownership, variety, and the ability to step into a trusted advisor position with mid‑market and enterprise customers.
A well‑established technology solutions provider is expanding its consulting team and is looking for an experienced Principal Consultant who can lead projects end to end, deliver best‑practice solutions, and work closely with customers to drive continuous improvement.
This position suits someone who loves consulting, enjoys working closely with decision makers, and wants to join a supportive team that values initiative and strong commercial thinking.
What you will be doing
- Lead end to end NetSuite and connected system implementations
You will run discovery, map business processes, design solutions, configure the system, and support go‑live activities.
- Drive quality project outcomes
You will manage timelines, expectations, risks, and communication across multiple projects while ensuring customers receive clear and practical guidance.
- Design well structured solutions
You will use your understanding of NetSuite modules to build scalable workflows, advanced configurations, and integrations. Experience in WMS is highly regarded.
- Be the trusted expert
You will partner closely with financial, operational,
and technical stakeholders to help them get the most from their platform.
- Support training and change management
You will run training sessions, create documentation, and guide users through adoption to ensure long‑term success.
What you bring
- Minimum five years hands‑on NetSuite experience across several modules; experience with warehousing or advanced inventory is an advantage.
- Strong business process knowledge across finance, operations, supply chain, and/or professional services.
- Consulting mindset with the ability to run multiple projects with confidence.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a simple and confident manner.
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills with a passion for creating solutions that make a real impact.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in information technology, business, accounting, or similar.
- You must hold valid Australian work rights.
