Your responsibilities will include

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, process frameworks and business improvement projects, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
- Manage the Enterprise PMO: track actions, drive execution, and support governance meetings and enterprise issue resolution.
- Provide project management and operational support, including preparing reports, briefing materials, and decision papers for the VP Operations.
- Collaborate with Communications and stakeholders to produce briefs, business cases, memos, and other strategic materials.
About you
We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Strategic Projects & Business Operations Lead. This role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of business activities and supporting the corporation’s growth objectives. You will lead, coordinate, and guide operational and functional initiatives across the organisation, ensuring strategic alignment, operational coherence, and enhanced decision‑making capability.
To be successful you will need
- Exceptional communicator with the confidence, humility and skill to engage senior leaders and stakeholders, both professionally and collaboratively.
- Able work independently and to influence, drive outcomes, and deliver results without positional authority.
- Strong collaborator who partners effectively across functions to achieve organisational objectives.
- Analytical thinker with a systematic approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
- Experienced in leading cross‑functional initiatives, continuous improvement programmes, and enterprise‑wide coordination and driving them to closure.
Special Requirements
