The Hatchery is rapidly evolving into an AI-enabled, automation-powered organisation, and we're hiring a Digital Solutions Manager to lead our platforms, guide a small tech team, and deliver digital upgrades that boost intelligence, speed, and scale.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Strategy, you'll oversee day-to-day operations across Salesforce, GSuite, Coda, our event tech ecosystem, and internal tools. Own the blend of delivery, leadership, and enablement that keeps the business moving forward.

What You'll Lead:
Delivery, Automation & Implementation: Lead the rollout of digital enhancements, integrations, and automations across core platforms including Salesforce, Coda, GSuite and event-delivery SaaS systems.
Platform & Infrastructure Reliability: Ensure the stability, security, and performance of Salesforce, GSuite, networks, conferencing, and our tech stack.
Digital Transformation: Execute priority projects aligned with our AI-first roadmap and workflow optimisation goals.
Team Leadership:
Manage and lead our Salesforce Developer and IT Specialist to deliver excellent outcomes and provide guidance on architecture, best practice technical standards.
Stakeholder Enablement: Partner across teams to translate needs into technical solutions that enhance productivity and user experience.
Customer-Centric Technical Solutioning: Understand internal and external user needs to design solutions that enhance CX and UX experiences.
Vendor & Service Management: Oversee vendor relationships and manage support partner contracts, licensing, escalations, and service performance for infrastructure and SaaS tools.
What we're looking for
You're a digital delivery leader who thrives in SME settings. Comfortable moving between strategy, systems, and hands‑on troubleshooting. You get things done, bring people with you, and understand how great tech unlocks performance.
7+ years in IT service delivery, digital operations, or systems management
Experience across SaaS ecosystems (preferably Salesforce, Coda, GSuite), automations, integrations, and platform management.
Ability to architect solutions, manage delivery, and troubleshoot at a technical level.
Project management skills with a bias for action and "ship it" mindset.
Understanding of CX/UX principles and how technology shapes user experience.
Experience leading small technical teams or resources.
Minimum 5+ years of team leadership experience required for managing technical resources effectively.
Comfort working in a dynamic, scaling organisation where you can influence how technology is built and used.
