Our client is a leading Shopping Centre owner dedicated to creating exceptional retail experiences in the SEQ market. Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join the team and oversee the marketing efforts for a prominent shopping centre in Brisbane. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic, enhance brand awareness, and elevate the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote the shopping centre's offerings, events, and promotions.
- Collaborate with tenants to create co‑marketing opportunities and drive mutual success.
- Manage the shopping centre's digital presence, including website content, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials, signage, and advertising collateral.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends,
consumer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
- Cultivate relationships with local media outlets, influencers, and community organizations to maximize exposure and engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, track key performance metrics, and report on campaign ROI.
- Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in retail marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing roles within the retail or shopping centre industry.
- Robust understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns and activations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and effectively prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the Brisbane market and local consumer behaviour trends is advantageous.
