Your Caseload, Your Way
Finally, an OT Role That Actually Gets It.
No clinic walls. No soul-crushing admin. No 60-minute commutes to see one client.
Just meaningful work, a team that genuinely has your back, and a bonus structure that rewards you for being outstanding at what you do.
The Opportunity
We're growing our mobile OT team across Victoria and looking for therapists who want more than just another job. Whether you're an early-career OT ready to level up with proper support, or a seasoned clinician who's done with workplaces that don't respect your expertise— we could be the one!
You'll work with a mixed caseload of NDIS and DVA clients, delivering community-based services in your local area.

The Money Stuff
- $90K–$110K base salary (depending on experience)
- Uncapped bonuses – pocket 25% of every dollar you bill over target
- $1,000 annual PD allowance to invest in your growth
The Work-Life Balance Stuff
- 2 paid Mental Health Leave days per year - your wellbeing matters here
- 5.5 billable hours per day (travel included) – because burnout isn't a badge of honour
- Part-time, full-time or contractor – your call
The Support Stuff
- AI tools at your finger tips - taking the grind out of notes and reports
- Full-time admin team handling the paperwork you hate
- Monthly half-day PD sessions + regular training days

- People who will answer your "silly questions" without making you feel silly
- A leadership team that genuinely wants to see you thrive
What You'll Actually Do
- Deliver high-quality OT services in the community (homes, schools, workplaces)
- Conduct functional assessments, provide therapy, and write reports
- Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Participate in PD, supervision, and team initiatives
- Hit your billable targets (they're realistic, we promise)
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- Strong communication skills – you'll be liaising with diverse clients and clinicians
- A car and valid driver's licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- A genuine desire to make a difference (the non-negotiable)
Ready to Love Your OT Career Again?
If you're tired of feeling like just another billable unit and want to join a team that values you as much as your clinical skills—let's talk.

We're not just filling a position. We're building a team of OTs who actually want to come to work.
