As an Account Manager in Streem’s Customer Success team, you’ll work with a diverse mix of clients from a wide range of industries, helping them get the very best out of the Streem platform. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, stay tuned in to the ever-changing Australian media landscape, and deliver the kind of service that keeps our clients coming back.

You'll be responsible for:
? Setting up new clients
Setting up new clients for success by establishing, customising, and managing their Streem accounts, including the creation of keyword and Boolean searches.
? Building client relationships
Building, maintaining, and growing solid client relationships, advocating for their needs across both internal and external stakeholders.
? Running training sessions
Running engaging platform training sessions, both virtually and in-person.
Skills you'll need:
? Account Management
1–2 years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Corporate Customer Support.
?️ Communication Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information.
? Organisational Skills
Confidence managing competing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail.
? Degree in Communications
A degree in Communications, Media, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
? Media Experience
Experience working in media, news or PR.
? CRM Familiarity
Confidence working with CRMs, project management tools, or Boolean search.
