Fuse Recruitment are seeking an experienced Mill/Forklift Operator to contribute to our client’s dynamic teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient day to day operations while adhering to safety protocols and compliance.

- 38hr week (Mon-Thu 6am-2.30pm & Fri 6am-12.30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

- Load and unload trucks efficiently
- Pick, pack, and organise stock materials
- Manual labouring duties (lifting 10-25kg)
- Operate and monitor milling / feed-production equipment to ensure effective production
- Perform quality checks, maintain product specifications, and identify/report non-conformances
- Unloading/loading of raw materials, finished product, premixes/additives
- Perform general labouring and warehouse duties in addition to forklift operations
- Identify and report any damages following site processes
- Always ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations

Requirements:

- Valid forklift ticket and previous experience operating forklifts




- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- High attention to detail
- Ability to complete forms and add data into the system
- Ability to lift up-to 25kg
- Experience working within a warehousing setting
- Flexibility to work overtime, when required and rotate between shifts
