About Us
Whitpro Pty Ltd is a proudly local and diverse company providing a wide range of services across the Whitsunday Region. Our team looks after the garden maintenance of over 200 properties, as well as landscape supply deliveries, water cartage, earthmoving, tree arborist work and much more.
We're passionate about delivering quality, consistency, and care in everything we do — and we're now looking for dedicated long-term team members to join our garden maintenance crews.
Candidates must hold a valid work visa or have Australian work rights to be considered for this position.
About the Role
As part of our maintenance team, you'll play a key role in keeping our regular customers' gardens looking their best. This is a hands-on, physical outdoor role that's both rewarding and diverse — perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and taking pride in a job well done.
You'll be working in a tropical climate, so fitness and endurance are essential.
You'll also need to be comfortable working with a small team and following set schedules to complete each job efficiently.
What You'll Need
Experience using garden tools such as hedgers, brush cutters, mowers and sprayers
Mechanically minded with care for maintaining tools and equipment
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow systems and schedules
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in a tropical environment
Open manual driver's licence (essential) – you'll be driving Whitpro vehicles between sites
A minimum of 6 months garden maintenance experience is required for this role.
