Civmec has an exciting opportunity for experienced Civil Supervisors to be involved in the development of Perth Park - WA's premier entertainment and sporting precinct. This landmark project will deliver world class facilities including multi-use buildings, an outdoor amphitheatre, and a multi-use track, redefining Perth's entertainment and recreation landscape.

The Role
- Supervise civil construction activities, including earthworks, Pavements, utilities concrete structures, and site preparation.
- Be familiar with construction components including earthworks, services, concrete procedures and statutory requirements
- Plan work activities and identify hazards and controls in consultation with employees
- Liaise with client representatives regarding technical queries, inspections and project scheduling
- Overseeing the standard and progress of subcontractors' work
- Execute the construction portion of project plans through detailed planning and day-to-day direction of field activities
- Conduct and record site inspections and risk assessments (including Hazard ID, risk analysis and control)
- Communicate and report on HSE issues/incidents (e.g. toolbox meetings) and participate in the resolution of HSE issues
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience in construction.
- WA Statutory Supervisor S26 Qualification
- Demonstrated experience performing detailed civil earthworks, drainage, Utilities, Concrete Works , kerbing, and asphalt.
- Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills.
