The Opportunity
We’re looking for experienced Rubber Liners to join our growing team on a full-time 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth.

You’ll join a supportive, high-performing crew maintaining and lining fixed plant equipment across major WA mine sites.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing cold vulcanisation rubber lining
- Performing sand blasting, poly spraying and painting
- Preparing and lining fixed plant components, pipes, tanks, chutes and blades
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Operating buffers, grinders and rubber lining tools
- Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work area
What You Bring to the Table
- At least 12 months' experience as a Rubber Liner in mining or heavy industry
- Robust focus on safety, quality, and teamwork
- Reliable work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a quick-paced site environment
Licenses & Tickets
- Construction White Card
- Confined Space (valid within 2 years)
- Working at Heights (valid within 2 years)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Ability to pass a mask fit test (clean-shaven requirement)
- Bonus: High Risk Work Licence
